![]() It is alright if people like pure combat I guess. boss rush with different Kirby abilities. time attack without Kirby with different "friends" which I don't really like this that much as I bought this game because I wanted to play as Kirby. But then the things left to do now are: 1. The contents are way too little for a game priced around $60. I was like "wha da fking fk ?" How many hours did I spend on this game? I guess around 16 hours. Suddenly, a 100% completion screen came out. Then I continued playing on Monday evening. I was super excited and I just sit there playing for whole Sunday from afternoon to midnight. I I got my hand on Kirby Star Allies last Sunday. I got my hand on Kirby Star Allies last Sunday. All in all, as always, a Kirby game doesn't disappoint, they are what they are, chill platform games that are fun and easy most of the time, if you look for a very hard game, this game isn't for you, but if you look for a very fun experience, especially if you are able to share the game with someone and play co-op mode, you'll have a lot of fun with this game. Levels have good variety and are quite long, and bosses are also very fun, easy, but fun. The mechanic of making friends along the way is very nice, although you get the feeling that the CPU controlled friends do too much, they beat the game by themselves if you let them. However, level design is quite good, graphics are just beautiful, and the sound track is also quite decent. The game is easy and doesn't offer a challenge until the end, in the post-game. You can play it alone, and it'll be fun, but it shines when you play multiplayer. The mechanic of making friends along Kirby Star Allies is a very fun game, especially when played along with other people. Just don't look to hard at the lore it's a teensy weensy bit dark but welcome to the kirby series.Kirby Star Allies is a very fun game, especially when played along with other people. There is a very sad spelling error in one of the moveset descriptions, deep in the pause menu. sorry i had to get that out of my system somehow. And YOU CAN PLAY AS THE FREAKING DREAM FRIENDS IN THE EXTRA MODES. ![]() Most of the dream friends will not make any sense if you haven't played other games in the series, but if you have they are on point. What I'm saying is by all accounts it doesn't make sense. But the thing is some of the characters have their mouths covered with masks or scarfs and some don't even have visible mouths. Also someone might complain that "tHey kiSS tO ReSTOre hEalTH aND tHaT'S gAaAYYyYY" and to that i have to say, Lemme tell you about these things called birds, there completly off the crazy charts, they feed each other mouth to mouth. Also I saw in one review it said hyness's second stage was creepy, they be wrong its just got chameleon eyes. Anyway, it's fun and easy, and it gets genuinely difficult in the extra modes :). I somehow didn't get that dedede was stealing the food. The plot was a little hard to follow, especially at the very start. It's *technically* a platformer but since everyone can fly/jump through the air the focus is more on defeating the various enemies and bosses as you travel across Dreamland, then the entire planet, then the entire freeking galaxy, chasing after the "dark hearts" or something like that. It's got teamwork and the like, but it has quite a bit of fantasy violence, with characters using magic/weapon/their hands to attack. It's fun and fairly easy, and it has fairly good messages. I didn't realize that you could friend a couple bosses after they are defeated, but yes you can. Also some of the dream friends are a little overpowered which makes sense because most of them were/are final-boss tier villains. It has a good amount of fan service, but if that bugs you you can just use dream friends that appear in the game and not even touch the others. I play this game at least once a week, maybe more, with my younger sister.
